Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device's display will match the actual product exactly.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.
  • In the rare case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

  • Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and shipped with a 2–4 business day transit time.
  • Shipping costs £7 flat rate per order, shown clearly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
Our full return and refund terms are outlined in our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, with refunds issued within 7 business days of an approved return.

Intellectual Property
All content on vivatti.uk — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Vivatti and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

User Conduct
When using our site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submit false or misleading information when placing an order

Limitation of Liability
