Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days, then shipped with a 2–4 business day transit time. Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days total.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of £7 per order, shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you're interested in delivery elsewhere, email us at support@vivatti.uk and we'll see what we can do.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@vivatti.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely through Stripe, including major debit and credit cards.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We never store your full card details.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our site are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP).

Products

Are your products in stock when I order?
We only list products that are currently available. If something sells out unexpectedly, we'll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Do product colors match what I see on screen?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations can occur depending on your screen settings.
